Jesse's Dad gave my mother-in-law a plane ticket to come to Florida to see us for Mother's Day! It was such a thoughtful gift and one that we were all very greatful for. It was so nice to have her here. Lexi was very spoiled. She had so much attention and loved every minute of it. I had 3 of the most peaceful nights of sleep I've had in very long time. Thank you Beth for all of the fun and help you gave us.

She thought the beach was a fun adventure. It was nice and warm. I'm not a very good mom though because she got burned :( Apparently I missed a few spots. Her eyes were swollen the next day. Broke my heart. Luckily it didn't seem to bother her too much. You live and you learn, right!
She is 4 months old now. I can't believe it. She weights 14 lbs 10 oz. (75%) and 24 in. (50%). She is our little chunky monkey! The dr. didn't seemed worried at all. I think she's cute this way! She seems happy and healthy. The dr. was amazed that she can sit up already. She's a really strong girl. She get on her knees now and scoots. She doesn't understand what to do with her arms yet. It's pretty funny. She LOVES to suck her thumb, and it's a full time job keeping that thumb away from her! Hopefully I'll succeed. She is sleeping better. We aren't there yet, but she's in her own room now which has helped. Thanks for your advice Jessica!! We just can't get enough of her. She is so much fun!

How fun for Beth to come out and visit. I bet you loved the help. Lexi sure is a cute girl and I love the picture of her laughing. It just made me smile. Glad you are doing well. Hope to talk to you soon! :)
I couldn't tell for a while who she really looked like and now I can totally tell she looks just like Jesse! How cute! Love you!
What a chunker! I can't wait to give her a big, huge hug!!! Her hair looks like it's getting a little lighter... kind of more blondish. I guess we'll have to see!
WOW your daughter is so beautiful! She looks alot like her daddy but I can see her mom in her too. I bet grandma Beth loves to spoil her. Looks like everything is going great :) BTW you look awesome I cant believe you just had a baby
