Where does the time go?...

Trying to keep up with my life on our blog is exhausting. It seems like everytime I turn around there is something else to mention, so I always end up doing what my Dad used to call it "giving the guy version" which was a nice way to say I don't have all day. Shorten this up! So here is a recap of the past month.

Grandma, Lexi and cute TALL Charlotte

I then spent the next 3 weeks in Utah. We had a lot of family things happening. I'm so mad I didn't take a lot of pictures, I'll have to steal them from my family. The first weekend I spent in Salt Lake watching my niece Aiyana get baptised. What an amazing experience. I was so impressed with her grace and beauty at only 8 years old. Nicole did such a great job with getting everything ready. She is super mom. Her and her adorable family sang "Families Can Be Together Forever" and I bawled like a baby. It was so sweet and the spirit was so strong. I'm so blessed to have the family I do. The weather in Salt Lake that week was so terrible I told Jesse that I will NEVER move back, so all of those expecting me to move back, lets hope the airport in Saint George gets huge otherwise, visits will have to do!!

The next weekend was just as special. I can't ever put it in words as good as my sister Kina, nor do I have any pictures yet so go to her blog to read more... The BLM had a dedication of a plaque for my Dad in Ceder Pockets which was one of my Dad's favorite places to hike. What a honor to have so many friends and family support and show their love for our amazing father. He has touched so many lives and has been an inspiration to me for my whole life.

We were also able to spend a week in Kingston and watching Jesse's beautiful sister graduate high school. If you've never been to a small town graduation, it is the way to go. 1 hour tops. 20 graduates! I feel so lucky to have Whitney be my sister-in-law she feels like a sister to me and I love her very much. We are very proud of her. She will be attending Dixie State College on a scholarship and will be a cheerleader for the school. Living the dream!

Jesse's grandpa took the boys down the river on a rafting trip and they had a blast, I can't wait when I can go next year I was so jealous. They had a blast and it was really intense with all of the water they are getting.

We had a cookout at Grandma Johnson's house and the girls finally were able to get all together. Believe it or not, Lexi is actually 6 months younger than Destri who is in the middle (Brian and Mandy's girl). Kinley is on the end and she is Tyler and Amy's girl. They are all so close in age and had a good time together. They are all so different and adorable. It was so good to see everyone and we really miss getting together.
