Spring Fun

These cute girls and me had a fun girls weekend. I love how much fun they are becoming. Beautiful girls I have. 

Easter Festivities are the best. Easter is Tess's favorite holiday and it didn't disappoint this year. We got to spend Easter week in St. George/Las Vegas with the family.

This little man made leaps and bounds this year. He no longer cries around the Easter Bunny and he has lightning speed when picking up eggs.

Maverik, on the other hand, was hysterical at the site of this creepy bunny! He wouldn't go to his age group hunt and pouted and cried for quite some time. In the meantime I missed Tess's hunt but Aunt Brandi got to take her. She did very well and even shared some of her eggs with kids that didn't have many.

Maverik finally lost his attitude and luckily was small enough to go with Gabe's age group and not look too big. He was much happier!

Lexi and Charlotte are getting quite a bit older and starting to loose some of the magic but they didn't let that stop them. They did awesome and looked so cute doing it!

Easter morning was full of egg trails, candy and not getting ready for church. We got to stay home and watch conference, and sustain the next prophet of the church. It was a great experience and the more I learn about President Nelson the more I am humbled and excited for him.

I fail over and over again to get a good picture of these cute 4 together and today was no exception. However, sometimes these candid unresponsive pictures are pretty great too. 

I just have to laugh at these cuties posing! They are hilarious. Toquerville Falls did not dissapoint. It was beautiful. A rough ride to get there but well worth it.

St. George wouldn't be St. George without a whole lot of pool time. It was a blast and perfect weather.

Tess and Bodee were quite the swimmers this trip. Tess didn't put floaties on one time and made amazing progress. Bodee, who wasn't even close to swimming, with a little help from Jesse was swimming across the pool on his own. He was so proud of himself and I couldn't believe how amazing he is. He is one talented little guy.

We we able to go to Las Vegas for a few days and spend some time with Jesse while he was sitting reserve for work. We got to see the temple, check out the strip, and go swimming in an awesome swimming pool at a great hotel.

Maverik was terrified of the Mirage Volcano and cried a lot. He has become scared of everything all of the sudden. I hope it's a quick phase!

Bodee got his first black eye when him and Tess hit heads. She got a pretty good goose egg too but it didn't show up for a few days.

This handsome man keeps this family together and makes life so much fun. We are so grateful for 

him. 

My cute mom had her 60th birthday. Seriously, how is my Mom 60. Time goes so fast. She is truly one of my hero's. She has had an extremely difficult life and still comes at life with a smile and "determination". As you can tell by our shirts they tell our personalities. You'd think i'd be embarrassed to be known as el cheapo but I'm rather proud. My mom taught me to be thrifty and I have gotten us threw some really hard times because I am el cheapo. I have a lot in common with my Mom and I am lucky to have her example in my life. Happy Birthday Mom!
