 This show may have been the cause of Bodee's sudden fear of the dark. A house with the clock in the walls or something like that. It was actually pretty scary but a great Halloween movie.

 Jesse would kill me if he knew I put this on here but I couldn't be more proud of this man and his sexy abs. He works so hard to keep his rocking body and i'm very grateful.

 

For Fall break we went to St. George with the family and had a good time in the sunshine. Our fun ended quickly for our Tess Mess. She had a UTI 3 weeks before that I thought was gone because she had no more symptoms. We went to bed one night and woke up to a 104 degree fever which of coarse freaked us out and we took her into an instacare to find out she had a UTI turned into a kidney infection. They gave her a shot of a really strong antibiotic and sent us home telling us to stop giving her medication every 3 hours but to wait the full dose time but that she would be fine. Tess was right back to her old self. So we left to Kingston because we were going to help out Jesse's grandparents but when we pulled into Kingston our little beauty was throwing up and looking not very good. We got an old school thermometer and took her temp. We thought that it was broken or that we didn't know how to read it. Jesse rushed off to the store to get a new thermometer. When he came back we realized that the old thermometer worked just fine but her temp was so high that we couldn't even read it. She was over 106 degrees. Dusky happened to walk in a few minutes prior and called his sister in law who is a nurse. She said we need to rush to the hospital. So we gave Tess a blessing and made a 1 hour journey into a 30 minute journey. When we got there the medicine had kicked in and her temp was much lower. She ended up being just fine, but we have been shown time and time again that miracles are here on Earth, that God does love us and is aware of our needs.

Its always nice to have a date night with some good friends and do awesome at bowling!

 Our annual girls weekend was AMAZING. We went on a train ride from Durango, CO to Silverton, CO. It was so gorgeous and we had such a fun time laughing and enjoying the weekend away. Thanks Beth and Whitney for planning this fun getaway.

 HAHAHA everytime I see this picture I laugh so hard. Bodee brought this to me and was so proud of his first drawing. I went one way with what I thought it was and Jesse went the other way. I was immediately terrified wondering where he saw such pictures and got a little upset with him. He was so sad and cried that I didn't think it was good. I feel so bad for my reaction but really can you blame me!

 Happy Halloween activities. A little family celebration sure got us in the mood. Witches night at Gardner's Village was a blast.

Trunk or Treats are just way too easy these days! The kids are still munching on left over candy.

Kid Updates:
July 2018- Maverik sees snows on the mountain and says "theirs milk on the mountain."
Bodee asks an Indian in Montana where to get a smoke. Bodee asks whats a fishes favorite song? While in Kingston for the 24th of July weekend we were on a side by side ride and poor Bodee woke up screaming from a nap. It took us a little while to figure out what was going on. He got stung by a wasp 4 times. Jesse ran to the rescue and put some mud all over him and made him feel a lot better. Just minutes later at Grandma Johnsons house Maverik slammed the toilet seat on his weiner and the poor thing was black and blue. I felt so bad for him.
In Moab Tess, Lexi and Bodee went off the high dive. Maverik on his first time going off the low dive decided to do a front flip. I was so proud of all of their bravery!
September 2018- The boys started soccer at the rec center and Maverik was very scared. Bodee put his hand on Maveriks back and lead him everywhere he went. He was such a good big brother. Jesse and I were so incredibly proud. Tess calls me in the middle of class on her Gizmo to say hi. I asked her if she was at recess and she said reluctantly "yes". I could hear her teacher teaching in the background. I told her Tess you can't call me in the middle of class chuckling! She was so embarrassed.
October 2018- Maverik rides his bike without training wheels and was so proud of himself. Bodee came in from playing outside to tell me that he broke a rope. I was not mad at them and he runs out and yells to the girls, "guys we survived, we are not in trouble."
November 2018- Lexi bore her testimony all by herself in Kauai in sacrament meeting. I was so proud of her testimony and strength. She is a great example.
