Spring 2019

Are we wearing coats in May. Yes, Yes we are. The weather this winter and spring has been unusually crazy. Freezing cold, ridiculous amounts of snow and rain. But now its July and everything is still beautiful and green so i guess it wasn't a total disappointment. Its beautiful.
This spring has brought to us a whole lot of soccer. I didn't really have a knowledge of anything soccer and either did Jesse. But I am SO glad we got Bodee into it. He has flourished and done just amazing. He loves all things soccer and we couldn't be more proud of him. We attended the REAL Soccer Game. It was a blast. We really enjoyed being around the soccer environment.
This is part of Bodee's soccer team this year. I hate to brag but he dominated on his team. He was kind of the go to guy to get the job done. His coach is such an awesome guy and this season Jesse will be helping out with coaching. He has never played soccer but has engrossed himself in the sport to bond with Bodee. They love playing together.
GREATEST invention ever. I'm sad we never had this with the other kids. Maverik now is a riding his bike champion and doesn't need help. I hope this means many more bike rides together.
Spring Break in St. George was so much fun. Another successful ride along a beautiful trail. It was great weather and awesome company with Kina's family and Mom joining us.
We took the kids to the dinosaur museum for their first time. I used to work here in my college days and my Dad kind of started up the project so it holds a special place for me in my heart. The kids were super excited about it and we created some fun memories here.
The kids and PARENTS had some fun!
We took a little ride out to glitter mountain where there were thousands and thousands of crystals. Naturally my kids thought it was important to take home 20 crystals each. Sadly, I had to monitor my mom and Kina's thievery as well. I knew we'd end up throwing most of them away. AND.... I was right!
We took the kids to a 3 hour long Avengers End Game movie. They all love superhero movies and we had a good time. Maverik got a little antsy, but with a little candy and some patience we made it through and enjoyed it.
1st Grade Field Trip
For one reason or another I haven't had the chance to go on a bunch of fieldtrips with the kids this year so I had to fit in one of the last ones. It was of coarse freezing cold end of May weather but we had a good time none the less.
Tess sure had a good time having me there. I will be so sad when they no longer want me there.
This is what the boys do for fun while the girls are in school. They are hilarious and i was so glad they didn't fall down and break applesauce everywhere!
Tyler and Amy's family came to help us get started on our rock walls for our house. We fed everyone and tried to keep all the kids entertained while the Dad's worked the day away.
These adorable little boys got to go to their friend Colton Lambs birthday party. We have some great friends. We are very lucky.
Butch Kasidy's childhood home is in Jesse's hometown so we paid a visit to it. We aren't sure why we celebrate an outlaw but hey he is famous after all!
Hiking near Bryce at what we were hoping for a nice, fun, kid friendly trail was a bit on the muddy, slippery sliddy kind but the kids had a blast and wanted to keep going! They sure are troopers.
