So the books say MOST babies sleep through the night by 3 months. That's a bunch of crap. Although Lexi may be an exception, I hate reading those books now. She is sleeping worse and worse everynight. I'm just going to embrace the no sleep and stop trying so hard! She is so much fun and super smily in the mornings, me and Jesse keep saying it's a good thing she knows how to redeem herself from a bad night. It's so fun with her getting older, stronger, and cuter though. I put her in a bouncer not thinking she'd be strong enough, or like it, I was wrong. It's the greatest thing i could have done. She LOVES it. She smiles, laughs and bounces for like an hour with no problems. Try it if you need some free arm time, it's amazing. I also started her on rice cereal a few days ago. She doesn't love it, but doesn't hate it. I love using the spoon though. It's cute to see her faces and see the rice all over her face, hands, and hair. I think she's getting the hang of it slowly! We just love her so much! As for me and Jesse, we are getting excited for summer. It's warm and we are going to the beach on Saturday! Don't be jealous, just come play with us!! We miss all our friends and family! Hope everyone has a great easter!

Shelbi did not sleep through the night tell 7 months. We finally bought some ear plugs and had to let her cry for a while every night. 4 days later she was sleeping but I know that every baby is diff. Good luck! I wish I was going to the beach! lucky!!! It has been snowing for 2 days in Herriman.
Gosh, you sound like such an wonderful mom. I love how much you love your little girl! And you sound so positive, even with the long nights giving you some difficulty :) You're definitely doing things the right way! I bet you have such a happy home.
We moved Nora into her room. It has made the world of difference. She sleeps better, and so do we! You should give it a try. Sometimes we keep them up with our rustling around at night. Nora slept 6 hours straight the other night. It was Heaven. Last night was another story....but ya, try it!
I got the bunny ears in targets discount bins up front. They were only a buck! I wish I could come frolic on the beach. I'm sick of this cold weather!
I'm so sorry she's not sleeping! But I promise, even if it seems forever away, it ends! Beckam didn't sleep through the night until he was 13 months old and I just got used to it and it made it easier! Don't worry though, all these people with easy babies will get a bad sleeper in their bunch sometime and they'll come to you for advice! Ha ha! She is DARLING!!! Really, she looks so big in that first picture! Wow!
hello, hello!!! so fun to hear from you! how did you find me? i am so glad you did!
my hubby is also a pilot! he will be graduating april 30th this month! we are so excited! he has a bunch of questions for jesse and how he did it and how much it cost. also, why was he always gone when he was still going to school? is it still like that now?
super cute family!!! you all look so happy!
Ally didn't start sleeping through the night til she was 4 months, and I heard that was good. So 3 months is nothing. Course now that she is almost 5 years old she wakes up every night and ends up in bed with us. We got her to sleep at night by keeping her on a schedule during the day. My parents thought we were crazy because we woke her up from her naps, because babies should be able to sleep all they want, but I wanted her to sleep at night. I think it helped. Sometimes now I let her take long naps because I want the break, and I end up regretting that when she won't go to bed that night. Good luck!
