Family Fun

Grandma and Grandpa Johnson have been on a month long road trip and we were lucky enough to have them come spend a few days with us. Jesse took his grandpa flying during a lightning storm. I think we were all worried, but they made it home safe and had fun. Grandma chickened out of going and I think it was a good thing! They took us to busch gardens in Tampa which was a blast. Jesse's grandma has a serious green thumb and loves the flowers which are unbelievable there. We watched a animal show which we all enjoyed, walked around the awsome zoo and sweated to death. Jesse's grandpa went on a few rides with me. I can't believe his grandpa is young and cool enough to do that. Grandma taught Lexi how to drink out of a glass which is now the only way we can get her to drink water, and how to give kisses. We had a lot of fun, thanks!!

9 month stats: 20 lbs. 1 oz. (75%) 27.5 in (50%). The doctor said she is perfect. I thought a bonus of having a chunky baby was not only do they find left over food in there rolls for later, but that they could flip around in there car seats earlier which isn't true! Bummer!! Lexi got her flu shot and didn't even cry it was a nice visit to the dr.'s for once. We are now 1 week & 1 day without a binki. It wasn't as hard as I thought, and it's nice to not have to have one everywhere just in case. She is so funny and moves her head back and forth to dance and thinks everything is funny. She is always smiling! We are so lucky. She is getting her front teeth, which you can see, and has been grinding her teeth. It is an awful sound. We love this girl too much!
