Our last Utah trip of the year was a blast. We initially went over for my niece Chantelle's baby blessing, but ended up partying all week. I am so happy Chantelle is in our family. She is so adorable and couldn't be loved any more by the fam. Wow my sister is beautiful. It's no wonder she makes some dang cute kids. We tried everything to get Jesse there, but he ended up missing it by a day.
Messy Tesse is 2. I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. This is our attempt to have a Bo On The Go birthday party for Tess. She adores that show and it ended up being pretty cute. Tess surprises me everyday. I thought for her first year that she was going to be a laid back little sweetheart. Instead I got a wild and crazy sweetheart. This girl has quite the spirit and LOVES her mom. She has brought us so many laughs with her crazy spirit. She can be a little mean and stubborn, but her cuteness makes up for it. She is still super tiny, but is surprisingly in the 70% for height.Aunt Brandi's addition to her play toys.
Tess looks the most like a Lambert out of all of the cousins. She is a good mix between me and my Dad.
Thanks everyone for coming for her birthday party. I wish the Allen's could have been there too.
Lexi and Tess got to spend a few days with Grandma Allen and Uncle Zack and had so much fun with them. I was so grateful for the break from the kids but couldn't wait to get them back.
Jesse is 30. I really can't believe it. I met him when he was 22 and young and crazy with no responsibilities. Now he is an amazing pilot and the father to almost 3 kids. I can't believe how much our lives have changed, but am so thankful everyday for this amazing man. Jesse's birthday ended up on Thanksgiving this year which was kind of a bummer. It's hard to share holidays and birthdays especially BIG birthdays. So, I decided to do 30 days of birthday fun. He got a gift or activity everyday leading up to the big 30. His birthday party was supposed to be a surprise and would have been if it wasn't for Lexi. We picked Jesse up from the airport that morning and the first thing Lexi said was it's your birthday dad, but not til tonight. If that wasn't a give away I don't know what would be!!He might not have been surprised but the confetti guns sure surprised him. He might be deaf in one ear now! The kids sure had fun messing up my sisters house!
The theme was "Will I Suck at 30" Anyone who knows Jesse knows he rocks at anything so It was more just for fun. Thank goodness he didn't win at EVERYTHING!
My nutty family.
We decided to have a family home evening lesson on Temples since we are actually close to a temple in Utah. I know I shouldn't complain but they need more temples on the East coast!! The kids loved it and we enjoyed enjoying the beauty and peace the temple brings.
Sleepover time. Oh these crazy girls are so much fun. Tess fits right along with the rest of them and they all play so well together. It's times like these I wish that we lived closer together!
I just thought this picture was hilarious!
Happy Thanksgiving to us. We had our own little Thanksgiving because Jesse had to work on Thanksgiving. It turned out very yummy and we had a lot of fun. The girls made there own Indian bands and it was nice to have a Thankful jar and hear all of the cute things the kids are thankful for. Mostly Jesus, horses, and every name of her friends and family!
We sure love this time of year and are looking forward to Christmas, Lexi's birthday and baby Bode coming very soon!!
