Kennecot Copper Mine. We took a 10 minute drive up the road and got to see this beauty. It is amazingly huge. I had no idea it went so deep and so far through the mountain. Its surprisingly beautiful.

A little visit to Blanding to take a peak at our adorable new nephew Zeke. Whitney is such a cute little Mom and was such a great host showing our family all of the cool sites around Blanding not long after this little guy was born.
We had no idea how a .5 mile hike would be so horrible in the middle of the day. Poor Zeke!
Hole in the Rock was awesome. What an awesome Pioneer story on the 24th of July weekend. Dressing up and icecream made the trip super fun.

Off to Lake Powell we go. I"m pretty sure I could live in Lake Powell. Well if their were trees!
We had such a fun time with Jesse's family and friends. Night time is so hott and that's not a lot of fun. But the kids were in the water all day long and boat riding, wake boarding, tubing, it is all a blast.

This is the time that poor Tyler got to see the SCARY me. Bodee and Lexi were coaxed to go on the tube and were very aprehensive about it. The kids looked terrified the whole time and Bodee tried standing up several times. Suddenly Jesse decides to do the go around signal and jumps off. WHAT....! I was first scared that he was hurt and then started yelling at Tyler to turn the boat around. He seemed to know what Jesse wanted and told me they were fine. NOT cool! I was so mad and afraid they would fall off and be so scared all alone and then later chilled out when I realized he was trying to do something good for the kids and it was fine. Kind of a funny story though! They did great and had fun. I guess you can say i'm a little over protective!
