My amazing friend from high school, Kristen let us stay at their beautiful home for a few days. We went to Seaworld which was so much fun. It was a VERY long day and it was hot and the kids were tired, but it ended up being so much fun for everyone. I think the kids favorite part were these sucking fish.
Maverik was a handful the whole trip. I said we will never go on a trip with a one year old again. Luckily we wont have too! Maverik did however make some friends and sat with them for awhile.
He is such a social butterfly!
Bodee died of heat the whole time and got in many fights over the spray bottle.
These are some cute cute kids.
Oceanside is stunning. We had a hectic dinner (as always) with a walk along the pier at night.San Diego zoo is HUGE. We had 1 stroller and at least 3 kids in it at all times. It was exhausting but really cool to see all of the animals.
The whole family on one poor turtle.
We went out for a farewell breakfast before we headed up north and went to this cute diner. We got comments every day about us running a daycare because of having 4 children. haha. There was a sweet old man that saw our two families and before he left we teased him about babysitting our kids, he instead gave us 40 dollars to help pay for our meal. We were overwhelmed and touched by this kind mans guesture and hope to pass his kindness on one day.
Our children are too afraid to go to disneyland so instead we took them to downtown disney. These girls are growing up so quickly. They were a delight to hang out with. Its fun to have some kids old enough to enjoy doing "older" things with.
This was an amazing beach but sadly too darn cold to swim in. Of coarse we chose beach day as the coldest of the week! The kids still loved it.
Hindu temple. This was awesome to be able to go through. Marple EVERYWHERE! It was beautiful. Bodee ended the tour by putting his hands together, bowing and saying yamestay to some hindu people.
We got really close to the infamous Hollywood sign, it was beautiful. Who knew there was a lake underneath!
Medieval times was a blast for everyone but Maverik who refused to hold still.
They loved the food, the horses, and the fighting!
Our VERY cold day at the beach. At least I thought it was cold :)
