This cute family had our annual Easter Party and it was a blast.
I had this genious idea to have Aaron use his Quadcopter to release the eggs into the open yard. It started out pretty awesome until the epic crash where no one got hurt luckily!
Maverik caught on quite well to the Easter festivities and ate A LOT of candy.
FUNNIEST time ever. We are lucky that Lexi is finally over the fear of the Easter Bunny, but I can't say the same for the other 3 kids. HAHAHA
Easter Morning was a little crazy with 9 AM church. The Easter bunny left trails for all the cute kiddos and of coarse they were spoiled.
Jesse wasn't thrilled that I made us late to church so I could take pictures of the kids. I don't regret it al all! I do, however, wish they would have been more cooperative!
WOW we are a lucky bunch!
More than all of these fun festivities is the love I have for my Savior, Jesus Christ. I love this time of year and sharing the meaning of Easter with my kids. I know with a surety that our Savior died for our sins, rose 3 days later and has made it possible for us to all be together again as resurected beings. We watched the movie Risen and it makes the resurrection feel so real and makes the feelings that I have even stronger and I am thankful to have a family who shares those beliefs with me.
