Yep, he got into the sugar.
Played hard with his presents
And blew out his candles in about 1 second. We went to a Bees game for his birthday party and had a great time even if he hated the bee.
The last day of school for these cute 2nd graders. Lexi had an awesome school year and some really cute friends.
These 4 kids have the coolest job ever. They are in charge of taking care of Grandmas cute puppies until they get sold. They are learning responsibility in one of the coolest ways I could imagine as a kid. We did loose a puppy to seizures which was a hard thing for the kids to see. They will be tough kids!
These 2 cuties are becoming great friends.
Maverik can't ride a bike yet but has mastered the motorcycle quite well. I'm so proud of him.
These boys love having their cousin miles here for the summer. He is so sweet to these boys.
We had a little Classic Skating fun before our trip to Montana. It was so nice to not have to take the kids around the whole time. Maverik can finally go around by himself.
He may have gotten a little too sure of himself though and cut his chin open. Luckily no stitches were needed.
Cousins are the greatest. I'm so glad we moved here to be close to them.
Cheers to another family outing to Wheelers Farm
There were lots of babies out and we had a lot of fun on a picnic together.Splash Pad fun
St. George Trip
I feel so grateful for my life. I have so many pictures just from the month of June. Our life is full of life and fun. We try to choose daily to make the best of every day that we have.
So happy to have a great place in St. George to visit.
We took the kids to our old stomping grounds in St. George on the Virgin River for a little skim boarding fun. Its apparent that Lexi takes after Jesse. She caught on to skim boarding very well and they all had a blast and begged us to go back. Jesse still has the skills after many years of being away. Tess really just loved catching tadpoles and they all freaked a little, ok a lot, after a huge snake slithered right past us.
We went to a little carnival that our dentist put on. The whole day the kids asked if the unicorn was going to be real. I said, "I'm not sure". When we got there Tess yells, "Mom it's real". HAHA I love it. Lexi is getting too old and knows that they aren't real :(
Cotton candy, snow cones, face painting and a bounce house were a huge hit.
We took a trip to Vernal/Green River to drift boat down the rapids. I was a little nervous to take the kids but Jesse rocked at it and they had so much fun. They are brave souls.
We visited a dinosaur museum and I sadly deleted most of the pictures. At least Jesse had a few.
These sweet girls had a week at Grandmas House this summer. They had so much fun. I love how close to their Grandma and cousins they are.
Tess can't believe there are no snakes in the canal anymore (Grandma told them that there were snakes and alligators since they were little to make sure they didn't go near it)
On our trip to St. George Jesse and I left at 5 AM to go to Zions and hike Angels Landing. It is an exhausting hike and terrifying in spots, but we had such a good time and it was fun to get out together.
I am terrified of heights which makes this hike hard but Jesse seems to have no problem being stupid and hanging over the edge!
Thunderbirds Air Show
We look forward to this show every other year. It is an amazing show and I was so excited to take the boys. Lexi was so sad she missed it because she was at Grandmas but we told her we'd take her to Vegas to the show in November.
Future Pilots
We got almost front row seats and were there from 8-4. Crazy, fun day!
Trying to keep cool is a task on its own
To catch up on kid funnies
April- Bodee plugs his ears anytime he gets in trouble
Tess can swim all by herself. Bodee can swim "almost" by himself. He is doing amazing.
Tess started speach class for just about every sound that you can struggle with. I'm so glad we got her tested and starting to get her help. She is already doing so much better at the L and TH sounds.
June- Lexi bore her testimony all on her own in church. I was shocked she went up but so proud of her brave spirit and sweet testimony. Tess always announces she has to tell us something! Tess can now tie her shoes and do a back walkover on her own.
