Maple Canyon Rock Climbing. I was busy with Bodee's soccer tournament and Jesse was at work so Maveriks coach Shammy took Maverik with him as his little climbing buddy. He had a great time and is doing so amazing.
The Raleigh family came for the summer from Boston and we got to spend the day with them. We went to Seaquest which we were all a little sceptical about but it turned out so much fun. We also went to the air museum which is the 3rd largest in the nation. It was really fun. Tess kept saying how much the sting rays loved her.
The birds were a huge hit.
We met the Cantwells at Splash Summit. All of our kids including Mav went down the really scary, straight down slides. I couldn't believe how brave they were. They were fighting over who got to go first. Lexi was terrified to go but once she did she loved it. It was nice having Conner there to coax her down! The kids and I took a hike in Little Cottonwood canyon with the Trask family. It was right in the middle of the day and pretty toasty but it came with some beautiful views.

The kids each got to take a friend to the lake. Every kid was able to get up on the surfboard. They all had so much fun together. I'm not sure if they loved surfing, wakeboarding, jumping in the water or tubing more. They are all so goofy and fun. It was a great day at deer creek.
Bodee has been begging me to perm his hair for some time now. I finally caved. it was kind of hard but turned out sort of cute. He loves it, i'm still on the fence but happy that he wanted to try some different things out and that he cares a little bit what he looks like.
Our 2nd trip to Lake Powell was incredible. The weather was perfect. The water was 89 degrees. It wasn't very crowded. Other than 1 pretty narley storm that broke our brand new tent and awning it was one of the greatest. The kids all got up on the wake board and surf board and did incredible. Maverik even switched feet forward on the wakeboard and I got my first jump.

Meet Gueniviere. She is a really crappy old van that we turned into Jesses living quarters while he is in Vegas. The kids think she's awesome. Well everyone but Lexi who is so embarrassed by her. Secretly thinking Guenie is the greatest! We tease her that she's going to drive her to school!
These champs on there first soccer tournament took 2nd place. They did such a great job and its so fun for Bodee to be on such a great team this year.
In between games we went bowling as a family. Again, Lexi kicked my butt and Bodee and Mav managed to do pretty dang good. Tess still likes the gutter but did SO much better than last time. She cracks me up. Poor girl got my talent and has to work a bit harder than the rest. But, she always overcomes and is right up there with the rest of them.
This is at our goodbye with Aiyana before she left on her mission. We sure love her and are going to miss her.
These adorable boys pulled out the win at there 2nd tournament of the summer. They were so excited. It was the cutest thing ever. Bodee played his heart out as left wing.
Here are our other pictures from the Green River trip. I am too lazy and busy to move them to the correct spot! The kids all had fun taking turns rowing. We saw 3 beavers.
Lexi had her 2nd girls camp. They went up by Marysvale and rafted, zip lined, star watched and made a lot of great memories. So happy she has great friends in the ward Bodee has been begging me to perm his hair for some time now. I finally caved. it was kind of hard but turned out sort of cute. He loves it, i'm still on the fence but happy that he wanted to try some different things out and that he cares a little bit what he looks like.

Bodee and Maverik were obsessed with cliff jumping and jumped way higher than I ever dare go. They are so brave.
Lexi was able to surf without the rope for about 3 minutes and we FINALLY talked bodee into surfing and wakeboarding after quite a few tears. And just like we knew he would, he loved it.

Lake Powell is one of the prettiest places on Earth.
It was really fun to have Cody and Beth and Tyler and Amy's family there.
It was cooking camp week in Kingston so the 3 littles stayed with Grandma for the week. Me and Lexi played! We went to Boondocks were she kicked my butt at lazertag and driving. I'm happy to say I whooped her but at mini golf. We had a lot of fun back to school shopping too. I did have to drive and pick up Bodee though because his coach decided to have practice 3 times that week and "needed" Bodee. Kids sports these days are pretty all encompasing. But we are greatful for his passion for these boys. Meet Gueniviere. She is a really crappy old van that we turned into Jesses living quarters while he is in Vegas. The kids think she's awesome. Summer fun!
4th of July weekend was spent at the cabin. We played and played. Flying squirels, zip lines, slack lines and of coarse the Stadium of Fire with Tim McGraw. What an amazingly fun weekend.
Jesse made a great redneck outdoor shower because the water kept backing up at the cabin. He is so smart and fun. And of coarse some awesome rock climbing in Provo to start it all! I LOVE SUMMER!
