Allen Family Adventures: March 2022

Xander's cool parents took these adorable soccer friends to an RSL game. They said Bodee and Landon were glued to the game and watching the plays. They had so much fun and Bodee keeps asking to go again.

Maverik and Jesse were able to go down to Joes valley for some bouldering with Shammy and his group. What a cool experience. He was able to have some pretty famous climbers sign his bouldering pad. It takes a lot to impress Jesse but boy was he impressed with Maveriks abilitites. They had so much fun together. Maverik climbed some routes that not many others could do. He also climbed about a 30 foot rock that later they found out they probably shouldn't have done, BUT he did it and did amazing. Coach Shammy has big plans for him. Nationals is definitely in the cards for this guy!

We love our visits from Zack, Kayla and baby Brenneck.

Maverik insisted on doing soccer this year. He thinks he's going to be a professional soccer player like Bodee. That was until he played. He said he will stick to rock climbing. However, he was incredible. He is so fast and nimble. His problem is he is a goofball and either ended up on the ground or doing a bumb shake during the game. He is a super athlete though!

After many years of hard work she is FINALLY reading on grade level. we are so proud of her and have seen how hard she has been working to be a better reader.

Of coarse we all had to see the massive fish that Jesse caught on his guy trip to Pyramid Lake.

Monumental Leprechaun catching experiment. We were unsuccessful but the kids had fun.

Another big growing up moment. The shaving of the legs. HOW IS SHE SOOO OLD. It took her about an hour the first time but she has gotten so fast and good at this. SO happy she lets me be apart of these fun moments.

Finally cutting this little mans hair after 8 months. I couldn't take it any longer. He'd have amazing hair days and then the majority were bad. So.... sad, but it had to happen!
