April 2022

This might be my favorite picture of Tess ever. How did she become such a good dancer, this was her solo part and obviously did insane awesome. I don't know how to judge dance scores but from the sounds of it, they did really well.
Tess had her first competition in St. George. She had a rough go at it and didn't land her aerials. I was so sad for her but a good learning experience for her. Happily, by the 2nd competition she nailed it and did a beautiful job. We couldn't be prouder of her. She's an incredible dancer.
We came home from Hawaii a few days earlier to make Lexi's state competition. Did she nail it, Heck Ya. She got 2nd place in state. Had we not gone to Hawaii I'm guessing she would have taken 1st. But... I don't regret going on a fun trip. So grateful she had family to support her.
Bodee, Bodee, So much to say about Bodee. He is an incredible athlete and a pure joy to watch. He works hard. Every. Single. Game. He is a true inspiration.
My incredibly talented husband built this entire thing and made it beyond beautiful. We spend a lot of time out here.
Here are the boys trying to pop some popcorn. Long story short, we burnt it.
We had to cut the girls hair anyways so I let them have some fun and color their tips. They really loved it and we had some fun together. I love having girls!
Spring Break we actually stayed home and got to do some fun things around town. We went fishing and the kids slayed the fish. Then we went to the zoo with Zack, Kayla, Lindsey and Josh. It was a gorgeous day and the animals were so fun to watch.
Its been several years since we had a kid fall asleep in church. It had to be documented!
We got to stay home for Easter as well. It was fun to have a hunt on the hill and in our own home. As you can tell we are going to have some fun on the lake this year!
We are definetley getting into this rock climbing thing. We've spent plenty of money and are really excited to spend even more time climbing.
This was our first neighborhood Easter egg hunt. It was cold, but it was fun. Maverik wasn't really excited about it. Probably because he was the only one could come but he moved at the speed of a snail and didn't get much candy. I had to bribe him to get a picture with the Easter bunny.
Tess looks so old and gorgeous.
And lastly the things Maverik comes home with are quite fun to read!
